How long does your hair last?
Our raw hair can last in upwards of 3-4 years with proper care and in some cases even longer.
How early should I arrive for
my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes early or check-in online so we can begin on time and provide the best experience.
Can I bring inspiration photos?
Absolutely! It is encouraged, Photos help us understand the look you want and tailor it to your hair type.
Do you offer hair extensions?
Yes — we offer professional installation, removal, and maintenance using high-quality extensions. We also have raw hair available for purchase.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
